Hello today I went to the gym I’m new and I can do the machines meant for my biceps and everything just fine but everything else I felt like I was doing wrong like I forget the name sorry the pull down machine meant for my back I just didn’t feel it in my back I tried watching TikTok but just couldn’t get the hang of it.( same thing for the fly machine) should I have just continued the set even if I think my form is bad? Also I’m just struggling on making a routine I just walk to machine to machine for muscle groups I think I need to do. Sorry I’m new to the gym and just needed to vent but I’m motivated and want to learn

Hey so I have a Honda civic 2012 hybrid and when driving to work today it felt faster then normal? It might be psychological idk but is there anything that would cause this and should I have it looked at
