Was just perusing my account and I keep a pretty accurate running total in my head of my year-to-date ETV and it looked a little high to me. So I went through my orders and found that there are at least a couple of items that I KNOW were $0 ETV when I ordered them (beauty and medical) that now have an ETV attached to them. There may be more, but those are just the ones I noticed off the bat.
I think I remember reading somewhere that, technically, ETV can change but I thought that was only on items that already had a $ amount other than 0 attached to them and I’ve never seen it actually happen before. Is there any way to have Vine CS change these back to $0? I know I definitely wouldn’t have ordered the beauty item if it had an ETV on it…it was just a fun item that I considered the time of testing and reviewing to be worth a “free” item. This seems shady at the very least.
