okey, so i started skyrim a while ago, playing it very slowly, im only lvl 17. I was looking into lore of both factions you can join, and i just don't like ether of them, so i was wondering, is there a mod that is like a third factions that is made by actual civilians.
Best i can describe is linking to a games lore i know most about, and that is genshin, and when i say civilian faction, im more talking about like what Tsaritsa in genshin has, an army made of people who are nothing in eyes of higher power, so they all get together to plan how to take their home, as the leader is the part of that higher power.
i know i sound high, for who dont get it, ill try again, without references, it would be nice to have a faction made up of all kinds of people who follow different gods, and are different races, like nords, khajiit, elves, ect. under one goal, to live peacfuly in their home. with no religious oppression by the legion, or racism of the stormcloaks.
