trying to sideload a app here, I got a recent ipa files but can’t find any apps to use it (at least that are easy to use) any suggestions here, complete noob at sideloading btw just trying to unlock jp server

me and my bf are long distance but have frequently masturbated on call and have talked about fucking sometime soon.the problem is that he often takes 10-15 mins while I take 20-30 mins. He also often gets really tired after. Is there anyway for us to sync up our times or should I just let him finish without me finishing
