Basically what the title says. We’re training a new barista for our store and one of the other stores in our district put a new hire of theirs with our trainer (he’s training 2 baristas at once). The borrowed partner came in their second day with fresh acrylics on and was sent home with instructions to take them off before their next shift or they’d be sent home again. Our proxy CL, our store manager is helping another store that got shut down by Ecosure, told the trainer to just let the barista wear the nails until we send her to her home store. Our CL and ASM both told us thats not allowed for sanitary reasons (and dress code obviously) but he keeps saying it’s ok.
