this is po named after kung fu panda (get it bc pandas eat bamboo) the first photo is before he shed, him and his shed and then a couple days after his shed (today)

this happened a few days ago i have no idea what happened can anyone tell me what it is and what i can do to help

i clean it twice a week is that good enough i have one cat and he sucks at covering up his poop
