I have my parents leaving the Hilton garden inn Monday morning, but I want them to be able to get some quick breakfast before they go. They need to be at Union station for 8:30, they'll be taking a cab (they can't navigate gotrain). Would leaving by 6:30 be too tight? What is the commute time from 5:30-7 in the morning?

My current lender offered 3.89 to renew, 5yr fixed. New lender is offering 3.79, 5year fixed But with legal fees and whatnot, plus the headache of transferring, is it worth it?
