Hey everyone, I’m looking for some help with a transmission/electronic issue on my 2022 Kawasaki ZX-6R.
The Problem:
I’m experiencing a sharp "pop" or violent jerk specifically when I’m in 4th gear. In the attached video, you can see it happens right around 4,000 RPM. Once I accelerate past that range and get into higher RPMs, it usually smooths out and doesn't pop.
• Gears: 3rd, 5th, and 6th are all perfectly smooth; it is isolated to 4th gear.
•. I’ve occasionally seen an orange light (likely KTRC) flicker on the dash for a fraction of a second during a jerk, though it didn't happen in this specific clip.
