lots of users leave reviews that are helpful but very generic e.g helped a lot, great software, easy to use etc. that seem okayish but cant help with making the actual buying decision.

In opposite the rarely found reviews which includes pros/cons,user cases, comparisons are harder to incentivize.

Curious how other people in space are filtering out low value reviews automatically and are there any techniques or models in time to see or filter usefullness of the review other then just a sentiment.

would love to hear how people are solving this esp anyone building in SaaS marketplaces or review platforms.

EDIT: experimenting with few approaches and platforms rn e.g https://softwarefinder.com/ with structured promts and light moderation. would like to know your approaches too.
