Hi! I’m looking for someone preferably female to sublease my private room + private bath
- shared 6 bedroom home
- utilities split evenly
- in unit laundry
- driveway and street parking available
- furnished (if needed)
- kitchen and common area free to use

all female roommates, near SDSU 0.7 miles away, (college west area), from the 2nd week of June to the end of July so 8 weeks.

Rent is $1100 but I’m willing to cover the majority of June so that’s a total of $1400 for almost 2 months of rent.
