Help how to disclose after already dating someone

I think I might have hsv1 I woke up this morning and my chin felt like it was burning right under my lip I don’t see any obvious cold sores…but I need to go get a test asap and I’ve never had a cold sores…….my only thing is I’ve been seeing someone for a month now….im terrified to tell him. He’s been nothing but amazing so far and I feel like it can be all ruined by this…he’s the only guy I’m seeing rn and hoping we can be more serious but this is so scary. I’ll come up when I get the test but in the mean time like how to I tell him…should I avoid him I don’t wanna accidentally give him a cold sores…am I contagious rn?

Hello, I am with a new partner and I honestly think I might falling in love…it’s still very fresh but rn I love everything about him.
.
But I’ve wanted to talk about sexual health like get tested…we just had sex recently and he wants to have sex without a condom but idk I’m not on birth control and I also would want us to get tested before we even attempt that.
.
How can I start that conversation…I’m honestly scared. Cuz I’ve heard there are STDs that have no symptoms like HPV and even asymptomatic herpes and I haven’t been tested for herpes since I didn’t know they don’t consider it a STD…and only do blood tests that you have to specifically request.
.
Should I just get tested or should I talk to him about it and if so how can I bring it up. Like what if I come back positive with something and have to talk to him about that. What if he looks at me weird if I have something…who knows maybe he’s something he doesn’t know he has…idk I’m really scared to bring it up. We’re both 25 🫣 and it is just an uncomfortable conversation and it seems like any past relationship no one ever talks about it.
