Recently bought General 2 ton 3 star 2025 model Ac

24CPAB for my 270 sqft hall,i got it from offline authorised dealer for 55k, the installation was provided by the company and i made sure for proper installation including vacuum, however they did vacuum for hardly 5-7 minutes.

Now when ive used the AC for three days i feel like its taking some time to cool the hall 30-40 minutes in the power mode, also i cannot set temperature below 18 degree, is it with all the models or this particular ac ?
