My nails are literally see through
My nails a see through and bendy, they can bend in half, back and forth. No matter how much I try to grow them they snap the moment they bend. I'm not deficient in anything. My doc says I'm fine but idk why my nails are like this. I take iron, collagen and get 30 grams of fibre everyday. Any advice please
