Is this role related to technical support or development? I couldn't find anyone with this designation on linkedin, that's why I am asking here.

I am kinda stuck in WITCH as L1 support and want to transition to data related jobs.

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out if what I’m experiencing is early balding or just a natural hairline/maturation.

Age/sex: 23 M

Family history of hair loss: some male members do have less hair but even then their crown area and overall hairline is fine.

Symptoms: I can notice thinning of hairs and receding hairline on one side.

I’ve been diagnosed with severe Vitamin D deficiency and have already started taking supplements for it.

I have a few concerns:

Does this look like male pattern baldness or something temporary?

If it is balding, how fast does it usually progress?

Could Vitamin D deficiency be causing or worsening this?

Are there other supplements or treatments I should consider at this stage?

I’d really appreciate honest opinions and any advice. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

For the past two years since I graduated things are happening slowly. After waiting for 1 year I got the job with less pay and struggling financially (EMI burden).

Just wants to know, are there any chances for job change in upcoming months? As I always used to fail in final rounds.

I will be completing 1 year of experience in May 2026 and am planning to switch roles. I have been preparing for Data Engineering (DE) positions since December and am currently pursuing the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA) certification.

At present, I am working in an L1 support role at a WITCH company, which is not aligned with my career goals. I have been actively applying for DE roles on LinkedIn, but most opportunities require 2+ years of experience.

Given this situation, I am considering applying for Data Analyst (DA) roles as well, since I am not very strong in DSA, making Software Engineering roles more challenging for me. My idea is to transition into a DA role first and then move towards Data Engineering later.

I would appreciate guidance on whether this approach is practical, or if I should continue focusing solely on DE roles.
