Food to Definitely Eat In NYC, any type of restaurant and cuisine

Hi everyone, im visiting NYC from the 21-24, and am trying to plan out where all to eat.

I know of some of the famous places like una pizza and bungalow, but they all have reservations filled up. I also have heard a lot about lucali but it seems you have to wait in line for a very long time so is it even worth it?

It will be a group of 4 people, so if you guys could help recommend some great places to eat food that is worth trying I would really appreciate that, I am there for 3+ days so I want to make the most of it, breakfast, lunch, dinner, the more suggestions the better!

thanks New Yorkers

Hi everyone, I started working out mid-december of 2025, and I would appreciate any advice on what I have done so far, using the only equipment I have which is a weider pro 6900 machine and dumbbells.

Originally, when I started in December, I didn't know what to do, and hence I only did underhand cable pulldowns (for biceps and some back), and tricep push downs (where I stood with my back straight right in front of the cable and literally pushed straight down).

Only in late January did I realize that even though I was doing many exercises, I should work different parts of my arms on different days, and take 1 rest day a week. (to this point I did not take any rest days). From here I started to do chest flys(on the weider machine your arms don't really fully extend so I don't know if you can really call this a fly) and tricep pushdowns on push days, and the underhand pulldowns and simple bicep curls on pull days. To be fair, especially with the bicep pulldowns I made a lot of progress, originally only being able to do 3 sets of 15 reps on 75 pounds to 3 sets of 15 reps on 112.5 pounds.

However, about the start of this month, I started focusing more on using the dumbbells that I have, which are 15lbs and 10lbs each.

Currently on push days I am doing 3 sets of skull crushers (15lbs) where I lay down on the floor, and tricep pushdowns which I am able to do comfortably on 50lbs. On pull days, I start with 3 sets of 15lbs bicep curls, 3 sets of 15lbs hammer curls, 3 sets of 15lbs of bicep curls where I curl across my body, and I also started doing preacher curls on the weider machine.

I currently take 1 rest day a week and between each set I take a 2-2:15 min break. All the reps I do is 15 and the minimum is usually 12 when I get tired.

I am posting this to understand what I am doing that is effective, and what could be improved upon. I only started working out at the start of this year, but honestly I don't see any progress when I look at myself in the mirror, and that makes me think I am doing something wrong. The only thing I have noticed is that a few people have asked me if I started working out and if I hit the gym, to which I get confused because I do not see any effect on myself.

To anyone who reads the whole post, thanks and I would appreciate any help on what I could do to improve my workout routine.
