I saw a TikTok earlier about Farer coming out with some new pilot watches, I checked them out and fell in love with the Eastern Arabic numerals version. What are your thoughts on it? Specs seem pretty good to me. It doesn’t ship till mid June though. It’s a limited edition of 100, I got #69😂 I feel like they make these small batches to create a scarcity mindset so you buy immediately, which admittedly worked a charm on me. This is my first purchase over 1k, what do you guys think? Good buy? I honestly don’t care about resale value, but I’m assuming because there’s only 100 the value might hang on better than some of their other watches.

Right after I got my aquascaphe mk2 I saw videos from two huge watch creators (Andy’s watches, and Ben’s watches) where they said in their opinion Baltic had bad quality. I can’t talk about Baltics other models but with my mk2 I found no issues with quality and Baltic themself said they’ve stepped their upgraded every part of the watch. Over the last two weeks I’ve come across both Andy and Ben saying Baltic has stepped it up and they were wrong. I think the perceived shift in quality started with the mk2 and has carried through to their new world timer. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Agree, disagree? If anyone has handled both their older models and their stuff from the aquascaphe mk2 and on, your input would be appreciated.
