Hi all. I don’t know why, but I am a very “black or white” person. When someone crosses a line with me, I am fairly unforgiving and don’t tend to get over it

My FIL really crossed a line with me a few months back (it was pretty bad) so at the minute we are not speaking. Not sure we will speak again. It’s a long time coming.

However, it occasionally lives rent free in my head. I would love therapy but I’m in my small kids era so haven’t a minute 😅

I would love to know if any of you guys have any words of wisdom about anger towards someone over a past issue and how to actually let it go? Any shifts in perspective you’d recommend?

I know it can only be damaging me to still feel annoyed by it.
