Yesterday morning I had a clear fluid pimple like (no head) bump on my chin, and a soft puffy red slightly raised area on my lip above. These things came on so fast and I took my antiviral immediately. About 2 hours later, the single clear bump turned into a couple other smaller ones and cracked clear liquid, never crusted. They were also really itchy. I assumed HSV but stayed very small and almost rash like. The puffy red spot stayed the same all day.
Now, this morning, red spot is a little more circular now, still soft and raised, AND not even tender or painful at all with pressure. I also noticed 2 hours after waking it has a little open/crater. I also noticed another bump (only noticeable with touch) to the right of it but with a white tip. Neither of these things feel tingly or tender. I’m so confused as to what it is?? I completed my one day HSV treatment and by now it’s pretty obvious it’s HSV and I want to believe it is? But I’m not sure? Does anyone have any insight? I’ve been using dial bar soap to wash my face bc I’m on a trip and forgot face wash ugh. Not sure if that may be related.

Bumps on chin never crusted, red raised painless bump with crater on lip, smaller bump with white tip on lip not much change since 11am yesterday and antivirals taken asap. Been using dial bar soap for two days not sure related. What can it be? HSV? Rash? But on lip/chin? Confused.
