The little power light in the front lights up but nothing happens on the screen or anywhere else. Is it the power charger?

Did anyone else get a jacket? They made it seem like it was a lucky amount of people who would be able to purchase one but I think that as just a fake thing. Im sure they had plently of jackets to sell? Or was it actually just a lucky chance to buy one? Ive never done a adias purchase like this so was curious if its just a marketing thing or an actual lucky chance
