I purchased the All Wool Dream Pillow (queen), expecting it to be a high-quality, long-lasting product. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.

Within a relatively short period of time—and with what I would consider below-average use—the pillow has completely flattened. I had a baby right when this was purchased and, due to recovery from a C-section and caring for a newborn, I often wasn’t even sleeping in bed. There were many nights I either didn’t use the pillow at all or only used it for a couple of hours.

Despite that, the pillow is now shockingly flat—to the point where it feels like there is almost no fill left. The pillowcase actually hangs loosely around it. It’s essentially unusable, which is extremely disappointing given the price and how the product is marketed.

Customer service has also been disappointing. I was initially offered a discount toward another purchase or told I could wait and see if a clearance pillow became available. After following up, I was told they were searching their warehouse for a pillow that may have been set aside for “clearance or donation,” with no clear timeline or guarantee.

For a product at this price point, I expected both better durability and stronger customer support if something went wrong. Don’t plan on purchasing in the future…
