I haven't been able to get on the site for a while now, nothing online says it's down. Every time I try to play, it never loads. Am I insane?

Hi all, I'm interested in replacing the front and rear brake pads myself on my pace 500.2 (and potentially the rear rotor). I've never done any maintenance on a bike before, but I want to save some money. I looked to see if there was any specific information for this replacement on this bike, but couldn't find anything. Please let me know how I should approach this! Any relevant tutorials, tips/guidance, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
