Ive been using zofran + unisom (as recommended by my doctor) but my morning sickness is still debilitating. I still vomit throughout the day, I can hardly eat/drink water, and it’s impacting my ability to work.

Im 23 and the father doesnt live in my country so I dont really have a good support system :( If I cant work, I cant make money, cant pay my bills etc.

I feel a lot of guilt at the idea of a termination, but Im only 7 weeks and it’s only been getting worse since week 5. I just feel unequipped to handle pregnancy on my own.

Does it get better? I just don’t know what to do.
