I'm just tryna learn game development right now and I'm making some pretty simplistic games. anyway the main thing im animating at the moment are just npc idles and some other simple animations. I'm just wondering what is better and simpler for my needs?

Just bought the game and its been a blast so far (apart from literally every one of my teams ALL being recons and ONLY camping one spot the entire game) anyway I really like medic because i get to heal people but I like engineer more because of i like vehicles and repairing them and rocket go boom. I just always feel like the mp5 is not performing as well as when i play medic with the m4 thing.
But yeah my main dilemma is i cant decide between engineer or medic cuz i Like m4 but i also like rpg and repairing vehicles. So im just wondering if theres a good gun for engineer thats medium ish range and just good.
I'm pretty bad at the game and I've been enjoying the more chiller experience of PvE not having to worry about sweats or anything and I like the new free gear kits. But everyone always says "play PvE until your good" but I don't know if I want to go back to PvP even though I love it and I have been playing both I'm just wondering if it would be good if I just played PvE?
