Hi all! I just made the jump and purchased a Kompakt so I can start playing around with it before making the official jump towards making it my primary phone.
I have a M3 Mac Air running OS 14.6. The OS on the Kompakt is up-to-date, and I downloaded the newest version of the Mudita Center. Everything connects and syncs fine, but whenever I click on "Manage Files" in the Mudita Center, the screen says "Loading, Please Wait" for less than a second before the screen goes totally white. I then can't do anything in the Center until I force reload it (in which case it kicks me back to the Overview page).
Has anyone had this issue before? Is this an incompatibility with my computer? I don't think it's the phone; I can access other Mudita Center info, like the Overview and my Contacts list, but I was hoping to sideload Signal and my Proton Calendar on the phone to make sure it works before making the leap. I've tried everything customer support recommended so far: factory resets, different USB-C ports/cables, restarting my computer and the device, deleting and re-downloading the Center, etc. The only thing I can't do right now is try another computer because I don't have easy access to one--the MacAir is my primary computer.
For context, I also have not inserted a sim/sd card into the phone; I don't plan to activate it until fall. Any chance this has something to do with it? It's connected to wifi.
