What is your, “I just realized I haven’t eaten in xxhours/minutes!” snack or small meal?

I’m struggling a little bit with maintaining blood sugar levels(eating), which causes a lot of emotional dysregulation and flare ups of fun skin issues. I usually do pretty good during the day at work but when I get home, I have a farm and I can go long stretches without remembering to eat or hydrate. So what’s your go to that fits your dietary needs?

A banana and peanut butter works pretty good for me.
