Is there a screen shot organizer that can organize screen shots, but is smart enough to know when something is a screen shot regardless of the location on your computer?

I've been experimenting with screen control programs like Jump Screens, etc. I have a question that may be a bit of a nuance.

I bought the new iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard, and it has a trackpad. I'm trying to figure out if there's a way for when I'm controlling my MacBook Pro for it to have the trackpad or for Screen to respect the MacBook Pro gestures on the trackpad. Right now, the iPad seems to override them, which makes sense, but I'm wondering if there's some sort of way where I can switch back between the iPad gestures and the MacBook Pro gestures.

For example, if I wanted to get to Mission Control, right now I have Mission Control as four fingers up. But if I use four fingers up on the screen of the iPad or on the trackpad of the iPad, it will not use Mission Control; it will use the iPad touch controls.
