15 and have questions:

So my parents know nothing about bikes but i wanted to get into it, ive always been good with parts and so i bought this old mb200, just the frame and engine. Long story short i got the engine running and ive welded discs and disc brakes onto this bike, i plan on a stage 1 vm22 carb upgrade and air filter / exhaust, a torque converter, 18lb springs and removing the governer. I heard that this is dangerous without replacing the connecting rod and flywheel, but im torn between a cast aluminum flywheel and a billet one, its a hundred dollar difference and i wonder if its worth it. I plan on hitting 40-50mph? Is billet worth it for what i want and can i trust amazon brands if it saves me 100$, cause thats no small amount working minimum wage.

I was working on a physical security key for laptops (THIS IS NOT AN AD) and I thought of using YubiKeys processes but having a sd card store the actual keys? Ive heard alot of complaints from people losing their keys, but would this actually solve a problem or is it too risky? I could probably find a more secure way of storing the keys but my main thing was being able to have a copy. Maybe like all of the keys have some key that is unknown outside of the key that they use to encrypt the code before copying? Idk I just want opinions and to know if this would only put people at risk
