Running an arc fire with aG$ h2 buffer and spring, rate of fire feels ok but I feel like I can slow it down?

2 months ago I bought a complete 13.7 fn chf Sabre upper for a psa lower I already had. Added a G$ h2 buffer. Put in an arc fire v1 cause I caught good deal and ya know free will, It runs and I’m satisfied for now. Light and optic next and a suppressor down later down line but I’ll take suggestions on suppressors I can run with my set up.
