I’m somewhat of a hairdressers nightmare but here I am.

I’ve permanently dyed my hair box black dye for 10+ years and had enough. I knew it was a near impossible feat to lighten but I went ahead and did it. (My hair is my pride and joy and I didn’t do this impulsively, Id researched it for months-years).

I bleached it gradually, over the last 6 months, low and slow and it lightened really well with minimal (obvious) damage.

I was happy to be closer to my natural auburn but could not tone it whatsoever. I’ve probably put over 10 permanent colours in the range of 7’s 6’s and even 5’s! Only to have them wash away after about 3 washes.

My hairs not visibly ruined but is it structurally ruined?

This isn’t about a colour correction anymore, this is about ANY colour taking to my hair.

Also I do bond repair, bond serum and oils and always did these between treatments too.

Started bupropion with decent effect. Wanting something to soothe the habit.

Anyone have any positive experience with either the flavoured air inhalers or stainless steel necklaces just to give you that pull of oxygen.

Hoping for no NRT.

Was prescribed Bupropion as a means to quit vaping (not by choice, I’ve moved to Queensland and they’re basically illegal).

First few days were rocky, I was tired, and so irritable.

Almost one week in now feeling amazing.

Barely using my vape, I just forget about it??

Or I’ll grab it, put it closer to me and not use it, that seems to provide enough comfort. I’m not even at my quit date yet.

I’m really optimistic that this could work but what I’ve also noticed is, it’s complimenting my vyvanse really well. It’s actually working on other systems that vyvanse doesn’t. I actually feel myself slowing down and focusing, I actually can’t multi task with bupropion on board, so I’m actually watching tv rather than playing Tetris in one hand and eating with the other.

I’d like to stay on it long term!
