Quit nicotine 4 weeks prior to my surgery. I’m now 1 month post op and healing nicely no complications. I’m really missing nicotine, especially because of my serving job. Capsular contracture terrifies me and I don’t want anything to interfere with my healing. Considering that I’m over 4 weeks post op, young, and otherwise healthy… is it ok to resume?
For the smokers, when did you all resume?
