I honestly don’t get how this is normal.

I worked a ton of hours, did everything I was supposed to, and now I’ve been waiting for months just to get paid. My case was sent to NAV back in December and it’s basically May now. Still nothing. No real updates, no timeline, just “it takes time”. Whenever I call them or go to the office in person I keep getting the same fucking answers: nothing. The lady in the office told me that it’s not NAVs fault that the company went bankrupt LMAO. Then is it my fault?

Meanwhile life just keeps going. Bills don’t pause. Rent doesn’t pause. I’ve had to take on debt just to stay afloat while waiting for money I already earned. That part is what really gets me.

I’m not even asking for anything extra. This is literally my own salary. But instead of getting it, I’m sitting here stressing about money every day, trying to juggle payments and hoping something happens soon.

And yeah, it’s not just about money either. This kind of thing messes with your head. It affects your relationships, your mood, everything.

I get that systems take time, but this feels completely disconnected from reality. Like, how are people supposed to handle months of waiting like this?

Has anyone else been through the same thing? How long did it actually take before you got paid?

Completely outrageous, disappointing and destroying. Shame on this system.
