My [18F] sister [7F] said some things that triggered my trauma very bad. im wondering if there's a way i could talk to a psychiatrist or therapist right now online i have no idea how to deal with this. I do have a therapist but she said im not allowed to text her and for some reason they moved my appointments to once a month when it was weekly without telling me. so i don't see her for a month. idk what to do anymore. i want to check myself into a facility but im scared of my parents finding out. i cant even drive. i dont want them to know im struggling. i dont know what to do
