What’s the best way to prepare for my upcoming job as a MechE 1 - Test Solution? Should I review all qualifications on the job description and be familiar with them + learn Creo, etc? Or is it just better to wait until my first day of work?

Do I deserve to go to comp even if I haven't participated as most members did on my team? please read below first

Don't get me wrong, I've done some work at the beginning of this season, which was simple design work and was completed early on. But compared to all my teammates, I don't feel that I've participated as much because I just don't know how to initiate starting a task, but on the other hand they're involved with more complex sub-teams so naturally there's just more to be done. I've tried just showing up recently to help out, but just find myself standing there while everyone else knows what they're doing to get the car finalized. Even when I show up on our workdays, there's no task for me to do. I have a feeling some on my team don't think I should come since I usually don't show up on workdays and it conflicts with church, but I already booked my tickets. I really don't know what to do - I'm not to keen on going anyways since I don't always get along with everyone, yet at the same time I know that it's great experience and will remember it forever.

Any advice helps, thank you.
