Another fantastic time with Cork Dork. We made a classic dish this afternoon. Guests sipped on some fabulous wine choices while we prepared Chicken Crepes with Bearnaise for pairing. Sunday Fundays will be happening all summer long. You can check out our schedule on Facebook or Instagram.

We had a fantastic weekend at Founders Food Hall and Market. Participants enjoyed wine and live music while we learned about bread baking. We play with our food here at Cork Dork, so participants got to make their own preferment, working from fermentation to mixing to bulk ferment to final proof.
