Hi I am planning to join an existing company as an active partner. What is the correct sequence of steps to ensure a secure transition? Should I start with a Valuation firm, a Financial Audit (Due Diligence), or a Law firm to draft the Shareholders' Agreement and management authorities? Also which specialized firms in Riyadh would you recommend for this?
