Honestly I'm losing my mind with Amazon Italy support.
I sent my Sapphire Nitro+ 7900 XTX for repair on April 6 because the card was constantly crashing, artifacting and getting driver timeouts. The problems kept getting worse over time to the point where the PC became unusable.
The GPU alone cost me over 1000€ and I've now been without my PC for more than a month.
The worst part is the support. I've talked to so many different agents and every single one says something different.
At one point the repair page literally said the item had been repaired and dispatched back to me. Then another support agent told me it was still under repair. Then another one asked me to wait 4 more business days. Then another escalation. Then another 48 hours.
Nobody gives me tracking.
Nobody gives me actual answers.
I still haven't even been refunded for the shipping costs THEY told me to pay myself.
I genuinely don't even trust the repair process anymore at this point and I'm trying to push for a refund instead because this entire thing has become absurd.
Has anyone here dealt with Amazon EU repairs before? Especially for GPUs?
