Rent is $1,625/month (full rent $3,450; current roommate(male) pays $1,825 for the larger room).

About me and the roommate: I am queer man from Uganda originally and a PhD student in microbiology and I have a fish tank and love growing plants.
The roommate a black queer man is from Philly. He is an entrepreneur providing practical solutions for increasing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the workplace. He likes to bake and has lots of plants.
Landlord requires good credit(~700) and income 40X rent.
Unfortunately no pets, as the roommate has a bunch of plants that aren't pet safe. You can bring a pet after the lease ends(roommate will move out by then).
