How far do you think we'll get in S2?

I think we might end around the beginning of the doll festival or something.

What do you think?

Also I don't think we can get 24 episodes, right?

There's not enough manga for that...but idk

I'm still excited regardless

The potential for Zanka is IMMENSE (he's already goated)

Zanka, my G.

I guess you can say out of all the weapons of any of the Givers, Zanka has the weakest 'base' weapon. It's a literal stick. Wood stick.

Here's the thing: even with a base weapon like Zanka, you can be goated.

It kind of reminds me of Takezo and Sasaki Kojiro from Vagabond, who were beating groups of swordsmen with a freaking wooden stick.

It's a skill issue.

Here's the thing Zanka is already extremely skilled. The fact that he got Jabber to bring out his true self is a feat.

Yes, Zanka could work more on his skills if he so desires, but I think his biggest hurdle is belief in himself.

Zanka sees himself as a mediocrity, but I think he fails to realize that he's likely putting in more work than anyone there to get to that point. His "awe" of the "geniuses" is holding him back.

He did get better with this mindset, though, as we see a bit after the Jabber fight.

-

Which is funny because later in the manga, before the Mymo fight, we see opp call him an "elite" (aka views him as a "genius"), saying that he has always been this gifted (he levels up a bit post Jabber).

The only thing is Zanka goes against the highest opp villains, and not by choice 😭🙏.

Horrible short-term, as we see with Mymo (low-key still tweaking rn) and Jabber.

That said, because he's experienced the worst, he can go above that and become even greater.

All I see are vital lessons and not failures.

My 👑 you dropped this.

I'm starting One Piece for the first time. I've held off on this but it has 1000+ episodes 😭. I'm still intrigued mainly cuz it's been going for so long.

Any other tips as I enter this fandom world?

How did you feel getting introduced to this anime, is this anime really as good as ppl say?

I'm excited about this journey though
