I got these 2 foster kittens about a week ago they're around 4 weeks old i'm assuming, recently the biggest one (in the photo)i started noticing her belly was bigger than her sisters, especially around the bottom. It's kind of like a pear and i know it's relatively normal for that to happen after they've eaten, but her belly stays like this 24/7 and is slightly firm around the front lower belly (lightly feeling her sides is still squishy). Her and her sister are both starting to pee and poop on their own (though i still frequently stimulate them) and I noticed she also has an issue holding her pee, and she'll just pee randomly, even sometimes on her sister (partially her sisters fault since she keeps licking her/stimulating her lol). I also have realized when she poops it seems a little hard for her, she'll meow and seems like shes straining, but otherwise she is normal. She plays, eats well, etc. Now i'm not just blindly asking reddit and I do have an appointment with a vet already, but its not for another few days and i'm on the fence about just bringing her to an emergency vet but the nearest one is already almost 2 hours away. I guess what i'm asking is, is her belly a problem, if so is the problems pottying connected and should I just bring her to the emergency vet instead of waiting?
