how to personalize at scale when sending hundreds of cold emails?

Pulled the trigger on revamping our outbound process. We're doing about 500-800 emails daily across 3 SDRs and the personaliza͏tion piece is killing us.

Right now we use Cl͏ay for data enrichment and it helps with basic stuff like company news, funding rounds, etc. But even with all the enrichment fields, crafting actual personalized first lines takes forever. Tried using G͏PT to generate them but they all sound robotic af.

The main issue is finding that balance between email personalization that actually converts vs just burning through hours. We tested completely manual personalization for a week - reply rates roughly doubled but our volume dropped by like 70%. Not sustainable when you have pipeline targets breathing down your neck.

My manager keeps asking why we can't just "make it personal but also send more" which is a fun thing to hear on a Monday morning.

Curious what others are doing for mass personalization. Are you using specific workflows? Found any tool͏s that help with cold email personalization without sounding like a bot? Been looking at Inst͏antly's AI features and also heard Pro͏speo might be good for contact data quality, but wondering what's actually working for people right now.

About me: 99+ percentile in cet 2024

Physics:97

Chemistry:99.9

Maths 99.2

Guys it's very imp that you all focus on chem hsc textbook cause you know Majority of questions are straight forward from textbook so I would highly suggest Reading that book again and again

Focus less in physics: why would I say that? Cause doin easy question (~35) and leaving the other 15 hard ones is a good decision cause you won't get enough time to look all the 50 questions of physics

For maths start learning formulas cause I remember I loosed 10 marks just because I didn't remembered correct formula

Give 1 mock every alternate day
