First pic is today. Second pic is from beginning of April. I was prescribed ketoconazole and use sulfur soap on the area. I thought it was mostly cleared up but it’s flared up even harder. I’ve also tried clindamycin gel, diaper rash cream, amlactin lotion, and LRP b5 balm.
