Extron USB-C HD 101 quality
Hi guys:
This must be ridiculous : we've finished a project last year May, installed two Extron USB-C HD 101s in double training room,one in lecture each side, and now they worked one year ,this is the second one we return to factory with same issue (last one is in Nov 2025) :no image but charging is working.
Today Extron support inform us: the chipset is burned out, and it's same situation with last time, and told us inform customer use it carefully. But I have no idea how careful we could. It's just a USBC cable we need to insert to laptop just like charge mobilephone everyday.
Did you guys met the same issue with this device?

Semi-transparent case,just bought this one,feel better than that black one with stand,this could make Clawai stay firm in my hands cause the matetial has more adsorbability ，so even I'm playing lying down my bed and raise my hands,I don' t worry about Clawai falls down on my face with some technical games anymore.

Playing on train is way more comfortable than on airplane,bus,running smooth and the seat is wide enough,take a glance out of the window while playing feel damn good.This thing is very capable for long time trip but today's trip is so short for it.😏
