Ive been with outlier since November on aether, and for the first time my earnings didnt fully track. My first four hours tracked like normal, i toom a short break then came back for 2.5 hours. That 2.5 isnt visible at all in the earnings. Hopefully it tracks today, as im about to find out... but what can I do?
Edit: my time is NOT tracking in outlier now. Can still task and start timer... but im not going to.
Edit 2: The daily help thread has several people with the same problem. QMs are replying to them "it usually takes a few hours for it to sync, youre good to task". I dont think theyve figured out its a widespread issue yet. Since im not willing to work for free ill wait until we get an official update
Edit 3 @ 11:30 am PT: its still not updating and several are still having the issue. Finally got an email about it saying QMS have zero control over it, but not to consider it missing until two days after working the time. So I guess we will see, but if im not paid for the hours not showing tomorrow, thats where I have to look into other companies and my rights (though 1099 has almost none in the us)🫡
