Is this mole or a birth mark on my buttock?? My wife says it’s been there for as long as she remembers and thought it was a birth mark.

I noticed this on my buttock. Now my wife says it’s always been there for as long as she can remember and we’ve been together 15 years. It’s flat, doesn’t bleed, never itchy or scabs.
