So, I had a TikTok seller account before that I was selling a certain niche product on. I shut down the account as I no longer was selling the product because it was a trendy product and basically just came to a halt in sales. I tried making a new account about a month later, and it said I couldn't use the same form of identification I used on the last account? I talked to someone at TikTok about it and they said that my form of identification had to be released from that account, and the process takes about 3 months. 3 months later it said the same thing. I tried contacting them again and they basically just told me to get a passport and use that instead of my ID. Is there really no work around here? Please someone help me.. I've tried everything lol.
