So slight background my ex and I broke up back in 2024 after only 4 months of a long distance relationship I haven’t seen her since then yet even after such a long time I’m always thinking about them no matter what when I’m at work or playing video games outdoors or just trying to sleep

I know that our relationship wasn’t that serious given the time and distance but to me our relationship was everything to me and even after some other small relationship I’ve had she’s always the one in my mind

so I’m hoping someone could help me finally let go and move on with my life
