My wife and I will be in Tarrytown for 3 days in mid October. I've been looking on the best ways to get around. I was planning on using Uber and the train, but I've seen a few comments saying Uber can be spotty at times. Some of these comments are a few years old so I was just wondering if Uber is a reliable way to get around, especially scheduling in advance with the Halloween stuff going on at the time.
