Called Ring yesterday and ended up upgrading my plan to the Ring Pro plan. I went into settings and enabled the AI features. I noticed that my doorbell is no longer recoding any motion events. My garage stick cam works fine. The doorbell functions and alerts me, just no motion activated events are being recorded (snapshots still work). After several troubleshooting steps Ring advised to hard reset which I haven’t done yet. Any ideas?
