I’m back on a low-carb diet and a friend suggested trying out the pork belly…this was so simple, tender, and delicious.
I sliced the pork and marinaded it in soy sauce/water 1:4 ratio, added 2 packets Splenda and a tablespoon of crunchy chili onion seasoning. Let marinade an hour at room temp, then air fried the slices on the rack at 370° for about 5 minutes turning half way.
This was the basic riced cauliflower I stir fried with a few peppers, baby corn, egg, green beans, soy sauce, dried chili crunch, and sesame oil…great texture, I feared it would be too wet, but it was perfectly dry similar to fried rice.
