I’m adding an outlet above counter height from one at the bottom of the wall. When I cut out for a new box along the stud I came across this guy. Is it okay to put a box in front of it? I’m in Canada and all we have are steel boxes. I know how to connect to the outlet below but now I’m worried about the new steel box resting on this
